I'm this guy.
>>35468122 Time to do some ratings. I'm gonna' go in-depth, too, because I love this kind of thing.
>>35466820At first glance, the amount of red arrows and x's make this seem lazy, but it's a very cool concept with decent execution. The emphasis on psychics, dark types, and dogs is fitting. At the same time, I feel like there's a lot of overlap that leaves some holes in Hector's efficacy. None of the team particularly excel at urban traversal or infiltration, like a rodent, reptile, or insect might. The lack of a String Shot bug or grass type with vines means tying up a bunch of dudes is off the table. In a more specific vein, you probably didn't need to list the watch twice, one of those personal items could have been used elsewhere, a briefcase could have been a good bag, and I love cigarettes being under medicine. Nice touch. Overall good, with room for improvement.
>>35466983Super comfy and hyper-thematic. Well done. My only problem with this is that, if the dude's goals are to take mediocre water 'mon and make them excel, the reserve roster doesn't really reflect that. It's a great gag, don't get me wrong, but including either a Gyarados or two, or swapping out some of the duplicates with other mediocre fish like Goldeen, Finneon, Feebas, Stunfisk, and Luvdisc, might have shown off his intentions a bit better. As it stands Arsene is TEAM CRAB with two popular additional water types and also Octillery, who is more traditionally thought of as poor. Or I guess just Team Mollusc. And the reserves are just shit he's caught and didn't release. Just sayin', there's dissonance between intent and action for this guy. Aside from that, it's still a strong and fun concept, and a logical evolution of the Fisherman class.
