Machamp gets a ton of arms, so he's like a buff Shiva. +50 Spd, +20 Atk, +30 SpDef. Special ability is called "Light Work" - every attack hits for 30% of its base damage but also hits five times. So it's a combo of Parental Bond and Skill Link basically.
Golem gets taller and more humanoid, now resembling a mythological Golem. The rock plates covering his body spread out and between them you can see his "skin" which is made of clay, again in imitation of the myth. +50 SpDef, +30Atk, +30 Spd, -10 Def. Because he's made of clay now, he gets Water Absorb.
Mega Alolan Golem is now ground/electric but is similar in appearance to Mega Golem. +30 SpDef, +30 Atk, +40 Spd He also gets water absorb,
