I hate how Gen 4 completely shat on the worldbuilding of the series. No legendaries before or since have been that bad.

This will be abilities for Legends, so keep in mind that it kinda needs to be a little OP. Just remind me if I'm going overboard.

Boosts the Pokémon's Evasion stat when it enters a battle. All enemy have their evasion stat lowered when Palkia is in the arena.

Distorted Reality
The Pokémon bends the reality around it, making itself intangible to attack that does contact. Shadow Force can hit any Pokemon, even normal types.
