B: Weak, mid speed blasts, like Falco's lasers. Button can be held to autofire, though the longer you hold it the less distance they cover. Can move forward and backwards while firing.
SideB: Swipes to try and grab a nearby foe. If done successfully, Genesect will then blast them with medium power. Before the blast is released, you can tilt either up or down to blast them up or down. If used in the air, Genesect will automatically blast them downwards for a spike.
DownB: Drive change. Quickly cycle between Burn, Chill, Douse, Shock, and no Drive to change the effects of your blast-based attacks. For example with the Burn Drive, NeutralB's blasts are weak flares (like Mario's Fireball, but with a straight trajectory), while USmash is an explosion, with Shock, NB is Thundershock-like, and US is Thunderbolt-like, with Douse, NB is like spurts of Mario's FLUDD (pushes opponent away), while US is a blast of bubbles, Chill makes NB like Ice Climber's Blocks, while USmash is like when you throw a Freezie at someone, and no Drive just makes them generic blasts (like the Super Scope's)
UpB: UFO mode. Morphs into UFO mode. Like ROB's UpB, in that you can move around freely but only as long as Genesect has the "fuel" for it. The difference is that while ROB can attack directly out of his UpB, Genesect can't. You can morph out of UFO mode with a shoulder button to attack. No fuel is consumed while not in UFO mode, but fuel is only recovered while standing on a surface.
Final Smash: Techno Blast a la Samus' Zero Laser. Burn Drive makes it a huge flamethrower, Chill makes it a blizzard, shock makes it a field of electricity, Douse makes it a sort of wave deals no damage but pushes opponents way far. No Drive just makes it a huge generic laser.
If you couldn't tell I REALLY want Genesect in Smash.
