Well, I ended up paying a visit to the House of Memories not long after.
The sight was heartbreaking. I couldn’t leave the little gal alone. So I picked it up. It didn’t struggle.
I never let it leave my side for the rest of my trip, and when the time came, I ended up taking it with me.
A few months pass. I was making dinner when I heard a cheer coming from the living room. The Pichu had gotten her paws on the remote it seemed.
I couldn’t help but look to see what she was watching. I was surprised by what I saw.
She sat just in front of the tv, mesmerized by a Contest Spectacular, smiling. Occasionally she’d reach out her paw, or imitate one of the contestants’ poses.
We ate in the living room.
TL;DR my orphan Pichu wants to be a Contest sensation.
