Poppmaid is okay, the fact that it looks so feminine but will probably still be 87.5% male kinda irks me but it's still a good design.
Luchalitten is meh, I don't really hate it but it comes off as yet another edgy bipedal fire/fighting starter so I don't really care for it either.
Definitely going with Rowlet for my first run.
