>>53141021>perma-TMs are not the problems, HOW THEY ARE DISTRIBUTED IS.This. Move distribution in general is the problem.
Look at Play Rough, strong as ever, yet Fidough, an early-game mon, can learn it at level 18.
Stone evolutions no longer have the drawback of not being able to learn moves while levelling up in combination with the move reminder being done for free and anywhere.
Egg Moves can now be learned with the Mirror Herb by anyone, even if the one passing the move cannot breed with the one learning.
How come almost everything else got buffed while TMs got nerfed?
>it doesn't take a genius to apply basic level design to this shit, but GF decided even basic layout of loot and balancing of said loot was TOO MUCH WORK and instead went back to the lazy stupid shit from the first four gens where you either had a TM or had to go through a shit ton of idiotic hoops to get ONE more copy of itIf you can get one more copy. Being able to obtain unlimited copies is the only consolation I'll give to them in taking a step back on the TMs.
Raids are terrible. Mindlessly slaughtering Pokémon for drops is terrible and adds more item bloat in a series still plagued with it.
Why can't I just buy them with PokéDollars again?
>not to mention the retardation of multiple currencies for literally 0 reason. All that makes me think about is microtransactions and manipulative marketing tactics, which is a feeling that should belong far far away from a fucking children's game.Just watch, that'll be Gen 10's overhyped feature. They'll introduce some new kind of currency and further paywall those kinds of items and Pokémon, some with the same old limited-time distribution. They'll even keep up those one use codes for Mystery Gifts which they'll also find a way to paywall.
