No double drop is a crime, if he had that he would've been AMAZING. See this is the issue, why not just use Leon + Red with sun? They decimate everything.
You have N, SS blue and maybe Blaine I guess, while you have set up sun, you are now spamming blue flare but are debuffing at a fucking snails pace. You'd think that oh well just replace Blaine with a debuffer like C.Iris, well then there goes your fucking sun multiplier!
See what i mean? This unit just doesn't seem great, also if it's not clear the tech nuke is single target not aoe. He might be good but... eh
