I get Double slap is an iconic move for wigglytuff but a buffed up wake-up slap after using sing would give a reason to have sing on your support movepool. it turns wiggly into an offensive support in all of the sense of the word. So instead of always using gloss it can be:
>Wiggly Offensive support>Mime Defensive/trapping support>Gloss Healing support>And buff every characters movespeedthere's a speed category for a reason, if what you're using isn't fast enough, consider swapping mons and why would you buff EVERYONES speed when it wouldn't change anything in the end? Oh my support mon can run up to the fight faster now? Well so can the speedster category now and kill you even faster now.
Also I only partly agree with you on the Zapdos issue, it shouldn't give free points or at least half of what it gives you AND it shouldn't make goals instant, it should be 2x the normal speed of regular goal taking at best since it invalidates the point of a speedster in general to score fat fast goals.
Also in general Speedster tier needs their damage cut a great deal, you shouldn't be fast AND powerful. Look at talonflame man he's the most "balanced" speedster mon and no one uses it since it doesn't get MLG EZ kills like my moms fast electric cat or mash hex ghost.
