Honestly like a lot of the dex, there's a lot of new mons that I love in these games. As a random example I don't see talked about much, Houndstone/Greavard really ended up growing on me, I found a shiny Greavard during my playthrough and named it after our old dog, the way they move and the way they come out of the ground is great.
