ORAS ruined him. He keeps appearing out of nowhere and pretending that he's not intentionally stalking you. He comes off as an obsessed molester every time. He even tries to rape you in Latios' deserted island where nobody can see a thing.
His modern design and gestures are also more feminine and his frienship with Wallace is a lot more obvious, to the point where they do seem like butt-buddies.
And it does't even make sense because he stalks the female MC too. What the fuck is he after?
