I'd probably go for baltoy/claydol, personally. No special care or attention needed, just a chill psuedo-sentient barstool who's cool to zone out when I am; just add moonlight once every few... years? For similar reasons, bronzor/bronzong and minior are close runners up. Bronzong just straight up requires no food, as far as I can tell, and minior probably could just live off if floating dust specks or rocks.
