Why would the laws of physics be the same in the pokemon world? We already know animals cant be converted to data, even in principle. In fact we dont even know if Isaac Netwons theory of gravity is the inverse square law or not, It seems to be the case, but the existance of levitating pokemon arouses suspicion. Among other things like the electromagnetic force being stronger (magneton), and space warping(wormholes), its safe to say that the entire set of physics is different, but seemingly similar at some levels. The nerd in me wants to actually calculate and rediscover gravity and elecricity in the Pokemon world using lore but thats really autistic. To get to your question OP, instead of calculating with respect to our reality, you can assume the bolztmann constant is different in pokemon reality. Also if the strong nuclear force is weaker, its entirely possible for the wall to melt at lower energy levels because the molecular structure is less binding
