So we have confirmed children who died in the forests in the world of Pokemon! Hooray! Yes! Send your children out to battle dangerous monsters at only 10 years old! Nothing could possibly go wrong!
And the Adults aren't safe either according to the Pokemon Shield Pokedex Entry:
"With a voice like a human child's, it cries out to lure adults deep into the forest, getting them lost among the trees. "
