>>12557473He placed a hand to his head, peering into the crime scene at least two floors above us, "The murderer has already killed again. The victim? Lombre. Where? Just outside the bar you two left. Stumbled out into the hall, he was *got* right there. I can see Captain Swalot and his spooky staff already freaking out over it. According to Swalot, they have three passengers unaccounted for now. Two reported dead, one missing."
I gulped. Quags and I are the only ones to know what happened to the missing one. Not only that, now Lombre's dead too. Dammit, we didn't even get to talk to him either..
Unless he decides to read our minds.
Before Alakazam could tell us anymore, the loudspeaker came on. It wasn't Swalot on, but instead a rather upbeat Exploud.
[HEEEEEEEELLLOOOOO S.S.S Spookadook! We've hoped you've enjoyed our cruise! We're happy to report that we'll be docking at the island of Glaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavacados in the morning!~ Enjoy your rest, get some shut eye, and LET'S HIT THE TIKI BAR IN THE MORNING AT THE ISLAND THAT REACHES THE BEACHES! WOOOOOO!]
Alakazam popped out of his meditation stage, "I suppose it's that time. I don't require sleep, but I'll go ahead and return to my room. I have some Skypia research to attend to in the morning."
Quags blinked, "Wait, Skypia?! You know about that place?! Come back!" he shouted at him as he ascended the steps out the room.
Alakazam turned around, "Yes. It's the only reason why anyone sane would even be on this boat to begin with."
With that, he left.
A) Head back to the room and get some sleep; transition time from night to day; dock at Glavacados. (Ship exploration unavailable past this point.)
B) Take one last look at any room in the ship for anything you might deem crucial.
