252 SpAtk 252 Speed to outspeed whatever I can (Which I guess won't be too many pokes with a 60 base stat)
or
252 SpAtk 128 Defense 128 SpDef to survive whatever I can and then strike (Both defenses are quite decent for this Poke)
What option do you think has the biggest probability of success? Surviving an attack or striking first?
