I caught her in 2005 in Sapphire trying to find a Horsea for my dex. I knew what a shiny Pokemon was because my sister and I watched the anime and played Gold and Silver and I flipped my shit. Looked it up later and found out it has a 5% encounter rate on the route I caught it.
