The first is that you can beat it into her. Not literally (unless you're into that of course) but by sexually ramping it up. You're the dominant species and you need to let her know by any means necessary. Shame her, spit on her, call her the out as the useless cumsock that she is, fuck her when she doesn't want it until she ALWAYS wants it, all the usual things a trainer should be doing to assert dominance over their pokemon. Given enough time she will break and realize that resistance only makes things worse and for the best outcome she needs to do exactly as you say and how you say it.
The second option is to lure her. Don't finish inside her. Don't even finish. Leave her hanging high and dry with nothing to show for it. That will drive her mad but to really nail it down you have show her what she's missing. Tie her up and fuck another Vaporeon right in front of her. Make that other Vaporeon moan with pleasure so loud that the neighbors can hear. Talk dirty to that Vaporeon whilst also putting down your rebellious Vaporeon for being such a disobedient waste of space. Shame her to no end until she's a sopping wet mess who's so thirsty for your dick that she will gut that other slutty Vaporeon and do literally whatever it takes to win back your favor. Every time she steps out of line reminder her that she's replaceable and she'll do anything you ask no exception.
