His predecessor found a clue to the origin and went power mad. He is artificially creating Pokemon and beasts like them which are sent out to capture and hassle people and Pokemon in an attempt to awaken an ancient guardian Pokemon, solely to take its genes. He hopes to become a perfect being, a mix of human and Pokemon with the power to create life and reshape the world as he sees fit.

He succeeds and shows up to crash your final battle at the Pokemon league. Team up with rival and champion to fight him 3v1.

Finding the old professor, becoming champion. Final champion fight is followed by final fight with Rival who comes to challenge you. Battle is interrupted by evil final super boss. Final battle of story is against Rival to defend your title.
