Type chances 1st:
-rock
resists itself
takes no damage from stealth rock
no stat drops from sticky web
1/2 damage from spikes

if the pokemon is a duel type, then it loses the weakness to fighting (so things like flying/normal now resist fighting and things like water/normal no longer are weak to fighting, but normal pokemon in general are still weak to fighting)

given clear body ability when in rain

immune to confuse
given an auto frisk ability
-fighting
immune to flinch
-bug
given an auto anticipation ability
-dark
given an auto rattled ability
Ability changes:
In general change, pokemon can now have 2 abilities
-Normalize
buffed power of moves by 50%
changed moves are instead given a special duel type that lets you hit for whatever would be the hardest hitting part of it (so electric attacks would still hit for 2x on flying/whatever, but thunder wave will still work on ground types)
still completely walled by ghosts though
Other changes:
-hail
freezes stealth rock, sticky web while it is in play
+1 to defense stat of ice types
ups the power of ice type moves in general by 20%
-hurricane
confuse rate is now 30% in general still but also has a 30% flinch chance
it is 100% accurate in hail if used by ice/flying types (Articuno)
it is 100% accurate in sun if used by fire/flying types (Moltres)
-stealth rock
has layers now
1st layer doesn't factor in weakness unless you are 4x weak to it (and even then you only take 25%)
2nd layer is what it is now
3rd layer removes resists and does 1/6th of hp no matter what
-sticky web
has layers now
1st layer is what it is now
2nd layer does nothing
3rd layer applies a attack and defense drop
-spikes
turned into a 2 layer move
1st does 18% now, 3rd still does 25%
