>>20469976seems to be putting it, we're voting on main events, then we're gonna do all the detailed explaination for why those events occured at those times, and only after that will we start doing RR stuff, meanwhile many writers wanted certain RR events to lead into Plot events and chances for those events will be very limited if RR isn't allowed to be suggested until after the explanations for the events is already confirmed.
It's the difference between RR being tangentially related to the main plot and being completely unrelated to main plot. Or at least that's how I'm interpreting it, feel free to clarify.
