The Iceguy line is mostly based on Niceguys, Incels, and serial killers who targeted women like Bundy or Elliot Rodger. The line has an ability that works like the opposite of rivalry where it does more damage to Pokémon of the opposite gender. The line is probably pure Ice but it wouldn't surprise me if Snowsciopath was Ice/dark.
The Freed line is just based on peppers and Cold Burns. Freed, Chillypeppers, and Chillanaceae are either a Fire/ice line or Ice/grass that's up to you guys to vote on as I can't pick. If it's ice/fire it's ability is Snow Warning or Flame Body. If it's Ice/grass the ability is Heat Proof or Effect Spores up until Chillanaceae who gains either Fire Flash or Filter.
