It's Pokemon go general mascot, The french girl and Yellow devil. She was annoying and a regular poster. They talked about her on the general almost daily when the drawings got out ( I heard it wasnt posted on any website for months.) and she kinda snapped at poeple one day.

I miss pogo general, it was garbage but it was garbage I loved.
