Crit rate: again im not sure, but she crits fairly often unless you get unlucky.
This is all "total damage, and Keep in mind that most of absols attacks can double hit. Whe she uses pursuit she hits twice, the pursuit dmg itself and again with a regular auto and sometimes both hits can crit for a total of 2.7k or more crit pursuit dmg, which is why she 1 shots almost anyone low HP at level 5 sometimes. and it doesnt help she comes out the jg 2 levels higher than every one in lane.
SO IN CONCLUSION. Level 30 items vs no items or very low upgraded items is very worth it. Level 30 items vs level 20 items however? its best to focus on getting 3 or more items to level 20 before you work on your first level 30 item. Level 20 items should be perfectly fine for a good while and its pretty cheap to get a level 20 item. I would say level 30 items are more of a luxury compared to level 20 items.
But whatever you do, UPGRADE THE FUCKING ITEMS TO ATLEAST 20. you are trolling if you dont.
