Give us a fucking search engine for raids instead of just waiting and hoping something good pops up. Maybe invest in some sort of dedicate matchmaking server and extend the time in which we can search for participating players. Maybe boost the catch rates for guests just a bit so it's not so tediously stacked against them.
This whole idea of getting players to come together for raids COULD work very well even without the exploits but they fumbled it so hard that using exploits is literally the default option for every player who wants to benefit from the raid system on a halfway consistent level.
