Here's why it's shit:
It IS too busy. There's a difference between something that is a complicated design and a busy design. Your design is too busy with its repeating patterns.
The colors are too eye-searing. It wouldn't look good with any shaders; go for something a tad bit duller than magic magenta, and don't use pitch black for the crosshatching on the inside. Your pokemon immediately loses form.
Speaking of form, I literally couldn't tell what I was looking at until I read through a comment. You may not like fakemon art styles, but you're too far from the product. I can't make out any of these shapes just by looking at them. That would be horribly hard to animate and code into a game.
Design is my full time job. Even if it's your hobby, if you can't take critique when it's dished, don't post your art publicly. Learn and grow instead.
