I got Gnarkk early and Davyjaws has been good for all the playthrough, especially thanks to the Choice Band I stole.
Senketula was the MVP of this run, defeating 4 of the Champion's pokemon( including the Masdawg) thanks to the combo of Bulk Up, Leech Life and Thief.
I wanted a Nomaestro to pair with Senketula just because KLK. Friendship evolution is a pain in the ass, but once evolved it got useful.
I needed something that could switch on Poison and Fairy and I never trained a Scythear, so I caught some Ticktac. I did some ev training with it so it wouldn't need too much babysitting until evolution and it paid off since it hits like a truck.
For the last slot I had to choose among Deisnutz, Betacluck, Avianjoin and Emelgy. I went with Thundacock because Electric coverage was useful. I started training it after getting all the badges, but it caught quickly with the rest of team and was amazing against the E4.
