Investing in HP is better since it provides near similar physical defense while also allowing you to take special hits better. You're not even running Roost for some stupid reason.
Nevermind that investing in bulk in general is retarded. You're now getting outsped by max speed Heatran, every Landorus, Kommo-o, Timid Magearna, pretty much everything with a little speed investment. Pretty sure most Ubers you'll see in AG have 90+ speed and run at least a little speed.
Shit, you can even run Ho-Oh in AG who achieves the same role you're forcing Zard-Y into but better.
