>>31002646I agree that it makes it feel biased, but im willing to give a pass to Lapras. I can't imagine any surfing Pokemon better designed for surfing. Charizard and Tauros were not necessary, there's plenty of better options (Staraptor would be nice for flying, Gogoat was already good for riding). Lapras should have been or 1 gen1 Pokemon
Also GameFreak seems to have a thing for Machamp I don't want to dive further into. Plenty of other buff Pokemon would work for its job but I feel we wouldn't be able to change GFs mind if we tried
