>Change its Abilities. First Ability changes from Insomnia to Infiltrator and give it a second ability of Technician. Insomnia is pretty damn useless and Infiltrator makes more sense with its flavor. It now can use Circle Throw even if the target is Subbed and also not have to worry about having moves like First Impression or Sucker Punch getting blocked by a Sub either. Being able to ignore screens is nice too. Giving it Technician feels right too and will give it stronger Circle Throw as well as a reason to run weaker moves like Rock Tomb, Pounce and Trailblaze for passive boosts/team support
>Give it access to Toxic ThreadThis is kind of silly but this thing would be a better use of the move than Ariados. Gives it a guaranteed way to spread status (albeit weaker Poison) but also do speed control. Now it's a really decent Doubles partner who can play full support with moves like Toxic Thread, Pounce/Struggle Bug/Lunge, Silk Trap, and so on. It also is a good choice for Singles if you don't want to rely on having a gorillion hazards on the field and just want to force switches.
