The Elite Four went okay, Trist unfortunately died to Koga's team while digging them to death. I'm genuinely surprised a "route 1 shitmon" survived to see the hall of fame. Real bro, he was the only Pokemon I had after I wiped to Bugsy, and had it not been for her I would've lost this run. Respect.
Lux was probably MVP overall, taking on Will and Karen mostly on her own.
Lance was a bit rough, Fizz was too weak to take on all the dragons and eventually died, leaving Kha'Zix to take on the rest. I set up with Swords Dance and one shot the Dragonites with Slash. I thought I would outspeed Charizard but I didn't and got one shot.
Overall I enjoyed Gen 2 far more than Gen 1, although I wish I saved some mons for future gens, especially Scyther, Lanturn, and all the mons with cross-gen evolutions (Licky/Pilos/Magmar). Oh well.
Gen 3 time boys.
