Here is my proposal (based on the list given in the OP dex image):
remove:
-Vaporshit line
-Drakorbit
-Dracomet
This frees up 4 spaces that we can give to:
-Fireshits
-Clockring
-(insert wildcard here)
Changes to existing mons:
-Demote Dracoverse from being a psuedo legend
I think that this will make everyone universally happy (give or take a few shitposters)
Im not taking anyone's sides here i respect everyone in this situation Be it Avi, Niglett, Numel, Dexanon, and the shitposters. This is my side and my personal opinion
