You start in the Crimea, an anchor state of the region at large and then take a tram/plane into the region proper to start your journey eastward towards the sea and the League. You encounter mining towns, religious centers, small hamlets filled with the best and worst people you'll ever meet, places seeped in the old native faiths where the people aren't what they seem, former military sites and the last bastion of civilization in the middle of literal nowhere.
