Yes that includes pokemon that were changed to fairy in gen 6. Nearly all of them are generic cutesy bullshit, and it amazes me that they made a type with even less design variety than dark types
I'm willing to believe there's a few good ones I forgot about, but I guarantee it's less than 10% of them
