>>47341455It's easier to collect specific cards from opening packs when the sets are smaller, which is why TPCi mashes all the sets together. On the other hand though, Full Art cards count as secret rares in Japan, so buying a Japanese box might yield you zero cards that the western release would consider a Secret Rare.
