When you look at a design like, Hariyama, who I am not partial to but am picking out of a hat, there's an even blend of original elements and recognizable elements. He has large pants and a body-shape recognizable as something adjacent to a sumo wrestler, but his colours and head shape, among many other things, help make him feel like more than just the sum of his parts. He has visual ideas that you recognize immediately, but also has original details and concepts that not only differentiate his design from what we know, but make him feel more like a monster than just an animal or just a sumo wrestler.
You have never had an original thought in your life. Every single design you post is absolutely nothing more than a cartoon animal with some lazy element tacked onto it.
Even in this, which I am looking at as I type, has absolutely no substance and nothing original to bring to the table. You had the initial concept of "psychic type mantis" and did absolutely nothing beyond that. You cannot point to a single element on this design that doesn't fall under "psychic" or "mantis" because all of your designs fall apart when picked apart with the goal of finding anything unique or original. The very best I can say is that his torso kind of looks like Psycho Mantis's vest, but not only is that still just some surface level source reference you plucked from an immediate visual summation of what Psycho Mantis is (just like you did with a praying mantis and this nebulous "psychic" idea) but it's also an epic fucking gamer reference thrown onto an already shitty design.
And I like Psycho Mantis, generally speaking.
You are a fucking shit designer and I wish you would actually learn from the dozen times I've told you exactly why, instead of whining and bitching like you aren't being told what to do differently, or just ignoring it for the people sucking you off instead.
