Like back in VGC 15 where everyone used the same damn CHALK team. Sure, some people switched Heatran for Entei, some of them used Tangrowth instead of Amoongus, and your 6th filler pokemon was up to personal taste, but they pretty much all played the same way. Sure, it was perfectly balanced, but it was also really dull after a while.
