Hey /vp/, this guy here is my favorite Water type.I know that a lot of people hate Qwilfish and consider him useless though. I was wondering, if Qwilfish had gotten Drizzle instead of Politoed, do you think he would see as much use as Politoed does this Gen? Or would there not be nearly as many Rain teams? I mean, Politoed is only really there because of it's ability, right?
