>>44065074Welp, everyone's having a pretty rough time now. Wattson got some unfortunate crits on my Sapphire team and now it joins Emerald as a two-member squad. This is where the encounter pool drying up is looking scary. At least a Numel or a Machop could fit onto either team. The future will hopefully hold better things.
Ruby looks like it's better off, but not by a lot. Tentacool and Electrike are still lacking reliable STABs, or moves in general. Illumise is also unfortunately a total waste in-game, but it was temporarily useful for Charming Wattson's Voltorb so Selfdestruct didn't OHKO Shroomish.
