We all grew up enjoying Pokemon, no matter our tastes/desires/interests etc. It was like crack, dope and heroin all rolled into one. That's why so many other companies spent millions of dollars trying to crack that formula.
As you age, there are some people who develop taste - a critical eye. An appreciation of art. Most people do not.
What we have here is simple. Anons with taste are constantly upset with the state of the franchise cannot simply let go (thanks to the aforementioned heroin addiction) and those without dictate what the series is, as they will accept any sloppa Game Freak and co. will shit out until the end of time.
The reality is that we (the ones with taste) need to let go of this beggotten franchise and leave it to the tasteless beggars, waiting for their next morsel.
