Her 6th Pokemon would've had to have been another Water type. We can exclude Starmie and Blastoise since those are the aces of Misty and Blue.
In my opinion it would be Gyrados or Golduck.
Being the Champion of Gen 1 would've been a huge popularity boost. Not just fandom wise but also within Gamefreak/Pokemon Company themselves. With how much Gamefreak likes Kanto.
