Alright, so I've got a German Male Eevee with 5IVS accept Sp.Atk
And I've got a Japanese female Eevee with 5IVs with Sp.atk being one of them, do I give the male Sp.Atk power band and the female destiny knot then breeding them over and over till I get 6IVS? I've read guides and all that shit-- but would it pass over the IVS quicker since they've both got 5IVS each..? I'm kinda new to the whole breeding thing, any advice would be appreciated.
