The ghost now appears to be made of the lizard's saliva, which drips all over the place, leaving a blue trail behind it. The saliva could be a ghost or the actual Pokemon itself, just using the lizard as camouflage.
Because of this I reckon it should be Ghost/Water or Water/Normal if we go with the saliva theme or Ghost/Normal (the lizard is normal) if we go with the actual possession theme.
