im theorizing it's because a lot of the designs look abnormal and that might appeal to some people, though with the most popular mon being the knights and tinka i'm kind of questioning it (imo they look far less abnormal than something like Goldhengo, Maushold, or Palafin)

if anybody understands why these mon are placed where they are please enlighten my retarded ass
it's actually kind of interesting because I know a lot of others are there for cultural reasons (jirachi is super popular primarily for its inspiration, for example) so I'm wondering if these are too and I'm just not catching on
