But no, he's not the one having all of them made. Some just happen because, you know, nature. Hybrids are mega fucking rare, even with the malasada method, without either special technology or ancient magic Xerneas powder / ritual / Jirachi wish / whatever the fuck, and without those you probably are not gonna have anything with anymon that isn't a humanlike egg group. Typically hybrids end up dumped away or held hidden somewhere, all sorts. You'll find more through sheer statistical chance in huge modern urban center cuz you know those places breed liberals like rattatas and totally unrelatedly that tends to correlate with a high amount of support for monfucker laws and clubs and such.
