No, it runs just fine for me, with music and everything. Just make sure that you're using the latest Canary version. There is a slight chance you might need to include some DLL files into a specific folder in Citra in order to get music, but I'm not sure if that's still necessary. Just try it out with the latest Canary version (as of writing this it's Canary 1215.

USUM also runs beautifully without any problems, but I didn't get passed the first island on that. I haven't encountered any camera issues yet.
