Its for anime-like builds. You can run other diffusions like Pony or something, Pony has a lot of LoRAs you can download.
Next you gotta set it up. For my case i'm using SwarmUI + ComfyUI - Its essentially creating a webserver locally, and a Website for you to generate images with.
Next you'll need a decent VAE (1) and model (there's a SDXL basic, about 6gb each)
Then you look in CivitAI
Grab negativeXL - D ( for embeddings )
LoRAs - Typically Style Upgrades / Character additions / Pokemon Style and whatnot.
There's no limit to LoRAs, you can add as much as you want, as long as they dont interfere with your quality.
for VAE, i grabbed the one called SDXL-VAE in CivitAI.
For Models, i'm using NoobAI-NAI - SDXL Version.
That's about it, as for an actual guide, i found one just searching for SwarmUI.
