>>32001609I get you for sure. I think the mind state most females have, which is partially the fault of the sort of stuff you and I are talking about, is very harmful. Even when they do seek empowerment they don't seek to be equal they want to dominate and beat boys with that "boys vs girls" mentality you speak of and it leads to stuff like the game in the OP which really only reinforces the kind of thing that made them feel like they do to begin with. As long as there are "girls things" it makes everything else "boys things" and makes them feel like it's girls against "the patriarchy" which is fucking absurd but wanting to wrench things from male control and turning it to female control is absurd too. Even if that worked it would just lead future boys to feel like they did and maybe in a few generations things would be saturated with girly shit and then "masculinists" would seek to fight "the matriarchy" by coming out with media covered in the colour blue and obvious manly themes. Instead of making "boys things" OR "girls things" why not just cool things that don't make anyone feel excluded that use "manly" themes when it works and is cool, "feminine" themes where it works and is cool, and a blend of both in ways that maximize everyone's enjoyment? I think only the most braindead people of the most hardcore, opposite leaning sides of the debate would find anything in our posts they disagree with while any sane, rational person would, at least for the most part, agree. More Pheremosa because I love her so much but some Buzzwole too because I love him and their duality sort of represents exactly what I'm talking about. Especially since Pheremosa, who is strong but clearly feminine in design, has aspects of a male cockroach while Buzzwole, who is clearly masculine in design, has aspects of a female mosquito. Their designs represents balance of duality in the most cool, yet still alien, way which has been perhaps the most obvious theme since the first two games.
