Eevees:
6 IVs, Calm Nature, HA, knows the following moves:
-Hyper Voice
-Wish
-Heal Bell
-Protect
Umbreons: 6 IVs, shinies or not, 4 moves, Impish and Synchronyze.
Non-shinies are already EV-trained to be special walls.
All them them know:
-Foul Play
-Wish
-Heal Bell
-Protect
Finally, Shuckles. 6 IVs, can be shiny or not. Careful nature, knows the following moves:
-Stealth Rock
-Toxic
-Encore
-Rest
