At 220 HP, it is above average hp for a V. it and it shared with 16 other mon. that is perfectly fine, it is a good number and really prevents from from being OHKO'd.... except Zacian attack. it can do 230 damage. when compared to all other mon, that damage output is ridiculous. not a single mon in it's "class does that much damage. only have five mon come close to dealing that damage.
Venasaur: 220; Can't use the attack next turn
Incineroar: 220; damage self for 30
Sandaconda: 220; Discard two Energy
Charizard: 220; Discard two Energy
Rillaboom: 220; damage self for 30
Venasaur is has the closest drawback to Brave blade... but it gets worse. Brave blade only cost three metal energy while solar typhoon cost three grass and a colorless. so this puts brave blade in the advantage because of cost. now let's look at other mon that have three cost attacks attacks.
Sandaconda: 220; Discard two Energy
Dhelmise: 200; Can't use the attack next turn
Regirock: 190; damage self for 30
Darmanitan: 190; damage self for 30
Stonejourner: 150
Even at the energy cost level, Brave Blade completely outclasses the other attacks at energy cost. now let's get nutty and add GX. there is not a single GX that has a normal attack that comes close to Zacian but let's look at the one time a game attacks with either the same cost of close to that damage. removing all "conditional" damage. this is raw numbers.

Oricorio: 3 energy 100
Pinsir: 3 energy; 160

Even against one time use attacks, Flygon is the only mon to come close to zacian in a single attack for the energy cost and Sonic Edge GX is a GX that is a Stage fucking two. Brave Blade is an attack that can OHKO all but TWO Vmon. Steelix and Rypherior. Let's continue
